2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide us with all necessary information, materials, and approvals required for the production process, including but not limited to scripts, logos, branding elements, and any other content.

  • Ensure that all content provided to us is legally owned or licensed to you and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals during the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of services.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

The pricing for our Services will be as outlined in the service packages or custom quotes provided to you. All prices are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.

8. Cancellation and Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.

  • In the event of termination, any unpaid amounts for services rendered up until the termination date will be due and payable immediately.

  • If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Dynamik Pro will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the videos or other content provided.

  • Our liability to you for any claim arising out of this Agreement will be limited to the total amount paid by you for the Services provided under this Agreement.

10. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes to these terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
